Had perfectly pleasant experience, overall stylish place.

the accommodation was clean, the room was a nice size and brand-new. the staff were all professional and the breakfast was lovely and amazing with yogurt, fresh fruit plus muesli. i thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.

Spacious room, peaceful atmosphere with a large dressing area and surprisingly quiet nights despite being centrally located, along with convenient luggage storage to refresh after checkout and proximity to a train station.

The hotel was stylish and quiet, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, greatly enjoyed the stunning location right by various areas within Florence, excellent restaurants/wine bars/cafes, and the centre of Florence -magical. Large room for a wardrobe, everything was brand-new. The venue was located in the middle of the city.

It was just a great fit for a holiday in Florence with high value for money. The outside patio area was nice, even if a bit tired. Make sure to check the breakfast hours to avoid disappointment.

Great stay in Florence!

The place was super clean and in a great location for exploring the city. You could easily contact them for help with taxis, which came in handy. The breakfast was a little basic, though, but overall we felt very comfy.

I loved staying in my Superior Double Room for 5 nights and appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept everything super clean. Relaxing by the lovely pool and enjoying the peaceful garden. The breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it didn't really impact my overall experience 😊
